Along with your message content, the form also records your IP address and browser user-agent string. This technical data is used to enforce a rate limit of 3 submissions per hour and to block abusive senders.
Game-Specific Reports and Issues
Every game page on the site carries a report form. When submitting a report, you select a reason from a fixed list, which includes copyright, and enter a description. An email address is stored only if you choose to provide one.
Each report records the reporter's IP address and a timestamp. That IP address is used to limit submissions to three reports per item per address per day. Reports are stored alongside a status and are marked reviewed, resolved, or dismissed in the administration interface, which logs which administrator handled the entry and when.
Public Comments on Games
Leaving a comment on a game page stores your chosen name, comment text, IP address, and browser user-agent string, as well as an optional email address if you include it. Comments are not deleted on a schedule; a comment remains on the site until it is removed, and all comments associated with a specific game are deleted if that game is removed.
Embedded Games and Third-Party Inquiries
The website is dedicated to the game House of Hazards, which is playable on the homepage, with a small number of related games listed alongside it in the Avoid Games category. The site lists and embeds these titles from third-party providers using iframes; it did not build, develop, or publish any of the games.
Because embedded games run from external providers, those third parties receive visitor IP addresses and may set their own cookies. This site does not control those providers. If an embedded title stops working as it should, it is removed from the catalog.
Data Handling for Young Visitors
The audience for this site includes school-age children. Personal information is treated with extra care, and nothing collected by this site is used to build an advertising profile of a child.
